Andy Fuller 
Senior Product Designer & Researcher

I’m a hands-on UX and product designer with over twenty years’ experience shaping digital products for top-tier brands and growing startups. 

My work combines research-led insight with practical design execution — helping teams deliver user-centred solutions that drive measurable business results.

What am I up to?

I’m currently working with the RAC to optimise their breakdown cover journeys across desktop and mobile. My work spans UX strategy, user research, usability testing, journey mapping, experience design, and maintaining design systems.

I’ve also worked with C-Breez on their loyalty SaaS platform for boutique hotels, UNCEF to improve their online donation experience, and MasterCard on payments research for healthcare SMEs. Other collaborations include The British Library Labs and fintech firm i4C (Intelliflo) on financial modelling software.

Beyond client work, I advise SMEs on UX maturity and product strategy, as well as brand identity and digital experience design. Here’s a recent article on the Common UX Design Mistakes.

My experience?

With a background spanning e-commerce, travel, fintech, defence, automotive, and cybersecurity, I specialise in designing accessible, data-informed, and emotionally engaging user experiences.

I’ve led projects from discovery through to delivery – from facilitating workshops, building design systems, conducting user research and usability testing, as well as partnering closely with developers, marketers, and product owners.

My work has been recognised with several awards, including Best UX Design in a Travel Mobile App (EMEA Emmas). I’ve also been featured in LogoLounge Book 9 and other design publications.

I’m passionate about continuous learning – from the latest agile UX research methods to behavioural design, data analytics and AI. I regularly collaborate with experts to stay at the forefront of user experience and digital design thinking
